Enquire about this serviceThe detailed assessment covers visible roof surfaces, gutters, fascias and upper façades that cannot be assessed from ground level. Photographs from different heights provide a wider view and closer detail of the areas being inspected.
Your detailed report includes approximately 20–40 photographs and identified defects. Coverage and image count depend on the property and the conditions at the inspection. This is a visual condition assessment rather than a measured land or engineering survey.
Book the detailed drone inspection for $329 on its own, or add it to your building and pest inspection for $229. Your standard building and pest report already includes approximately 10 drone photos and any identified defects; the add-on provides the separate, more detailed drone report.

Drone imagery records visible external condition. It cannot assess concealed components or replace physical testing where that is needed. Coverage depends on suitable weather, site conditions and flight access. Ray will discuss any limitations affecting the assessment.
